Coachella Style
Coachella, an annual music and arts festival in Coachella Valley, Southern California took place the weekends of April 13th and April 20th and featured performances by artists such as Artic Monkeys, The Horrors, Bon Iver, The Head and the Heart, Florence + the Machine, and Santigold. Since music and fashion have so many influences on each other, Coachella is a great place to be inspired and get up to date with new summer trends. The Coachella girls definitely dress the part with California inspired looks such a high waisted denim cutoffs, loose dresses, pretty lace, floral prints, and bralettes. Brands such as Free People and Urban Outfitters followed the event and picked out some of their favorite looks.

Festival summers are the best, and festival outfits are always so chic! Wish I had been there, love the glasses and the hat on Lauren Conrad!

ReplyDeleteI definitely agree with everyone that these looks are making me 1. Wish I was at Coachella 2. Watching the Tupac holagram there and 2. Wishing it was summer already! Also, those pants in the first look are simply incredible. Everything about them gets an A+ in my book! My other favorite probably has to be the High-Low skirts. I think they're just so much fun and super versatile since you can wear it with a bunch of different tops to create a new style each time.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love the outfits you found from Coachella. Such an awesome look. Being a huge music fanatic, I'm definitely bummed I wasn't at this famous music fest. The looks definitely spoke the same message as the music played there...bohemian, indie, free-spirited, confident!
